Viagra

Viagra (sildenafil citrate) is a prescribed drug for the treatment of male erectile dysfunction or ED, often called impotence. Viagra is the first oral treatment for male impotence filed with the US-FDA [Food & Drug Administration] and the European Medicines Evaluation Agency, and is approved since 1998.

More than 600,000 doctors have chosen to prescribe Viagra to their patients with ED (Erectile Dysfunction). This drug presents an impressive success rate: Viagra improved erections in up to 4 of 5 men compared with 1 out of 4 who took placebo. Viagra improves erections in most men no matter how long they have had the sexual dysfunction, what caused it, how often they have it, or how old they are.

Recommended dosage:
Viagra doses range from 25 milligrams, 50 milligrams and 100 milligrams. Your doctor will adjust the dosage if the drug is not working properly for you. It should not be taken more than once a day. If you are older than age 65, or have serious liver or kidney problems, your doctor may start you at the lowest dose (25 mg) of VIAGRA.

Effectiveness:
Viagra begins to affect your body as quickly as in 30 minutes from the moment you take it, and it lasts for about 4 hours. The physical reaction is created by Viagra through an increase of the blood flow to the arteries of the penis relaxing and widening them so that more blood can flow through it. This reaction created by Viagra causes the penis to become erect and as the penis enlarges the blood flows out of the penis is restricted allowing the man to retain the erection for longer. The sexual reaction that Viagra causes is guaranteed.
